Booking Process:
Booking your stay is easy and hassle-free. Simply select your desired dates, and you can secure your reservation through various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash in Person.

Booking Fees:
We believe in transparent pricing, and there are no additional booking fees – what you see is what you pay.

Deposit Requirements:
For short-term stays, a deposit of $2,500 Pesos is required. For long-term leases, the deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Cancellation Policy:

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Detailed instructions for accessing the property and collecting keys will be provided upon booking confirmation.
