Booking Fees:

Deposit Requirements:
For short-term stays, a deposit of $3,000 Pesos is required. For those embarking on longer-term adventures (stays exceeding 29 nights), the deposit equates to one month’s rent.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to accommodate. Our flexible cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. For cancellations made 3 or more days after booking, refunds are not available.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Your adventure begins at 3:00 PM with check-in, and ends at 11:00 AM with check-out. Rest assured, we provide detailed instructions for property access and key collection before your arrival to ensure a seamless start to your stay.

Property Rules:
To maintain a harmonious atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our house rules. These include no smoking inside the unit and respectful quiet hours. Additional guidelines from the apartment management may be provided during your stay.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our property is meticulously cleaned and maintained before each check-in, including fresh sheets and towels. While no cleaning is provided after check-in, we offer additional cleaning services upon request for an extra charge.
