Tulum downtown is about 10 minute ride, Puerto Aventuras is also about 10 minute ride away. The property is located in the town of Akumal.

Booking Process:

Booking Fees:

Deposit Requirements:
For short-term stays, a deposit of $3,000 Pesos is required. For those embarking on longer-term adventures (stays exceeding 29 nights), the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to accommodate. Our flexible cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. For cancellations made three or more days after booking, refunds are not available.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Your adventure begins at 3:00 PM with check-in, and concludes at 11:00 AM with check-out. Rest assured, we provide detailed instructions for property access and key collection before your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your stay.

Property Rules:
To maintain a harmonious atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our house rules. These include no smoking inside the unit and respectful quiet hours to others staying within the building. Additional guidelines from the apartment management may be provided during your stay.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our property is meticulously cleaned and maintained before each check-in, including fresh sheets and towels. While no cleaning is provided after check-in, we offer additional cleaning services upon request for an extra charge.
