Booking Fees:
We charge $0 booking fees and provide a full priority experience during your stay with us.

Deposit Requirements:

• Short Term: $7,000 Pesos
• Long Term (longer than 29 nights): Equivalent to 1 month’s rent

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. We honor full refunds for cancellations made up to 48 hours after booking. Cancellations made 3 or more days after booking will not be eligible for a refund.
